By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cp44 platform at cp44.bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use cp44.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and cp44 (the "Platform"). They apply to all use of the website, including sports betting, casino games, crash games, promotions, and any other services offered now or in the future.

cp44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via an on-site notification or email to the address registered on their account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity arising from translation into another language, the English version of these Terms shall prevail.

You are solely responsible for:

cp44 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to ask for your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from cp44 that requests your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to support immediately.

Two-factor authentication via OTP is applied to sensitive account actions including logins from unrecognised devices, password resets, and withdrawals above a defined threshold. This adds a second layer of security and is not optional for flagged actions. Your registered Bangladeshi mobile number is the delivery channel for all OTP codes.

You must notify cp44 support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account. cp44 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials or to report a suspected breach promptly.

All financial transactions on cp44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not require currency conversion; your wallet balance is always displayed and operated in BDT.

Supported payment methods for deposits and withdrawals include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific methods may vary and is displayed at the time of transaction.

Minimum deposit: ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically confirmed within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank.

All payment details you provide must be accurate and belong to an account held in your own name. Third-party payments — depositing using another person's bKash account or receiving withdrawals to an account not in your name — are not permitted. cp44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns, including holding withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification. This is a security measure to protect players and the platform equally.

cp44 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL fixtures, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual offer and to the general bonus rules set out below.

Wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each offer's terms. Wagering on certain high-RTP games, table games, or live casino titles may be excluded or count at a reduced rate toward meeting the requirement.

Time limits. All bonuses carry an expiry period, after which any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period is stated clearly in the offer terms and begins from the moment the bonus is credited to your account.

Bonus abuse policy. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are grounds for immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to meet wagering requirements.

cp44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, any wagering already completed before the withdrawal date will be recognised. All bets placed on cp44 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market, sport, or game. These rules are accessible within the platform and take precedence over general expectations where there is any conflict. The following activities are strictly prohibited on cp44. Engaging in any of them constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other point of contact with the platform.
• Money laundering: Using cp44's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure to process funds derived from illegal activity. cp44 applies transaction monitoring and co-operates fully with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account. This includes using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker-style or multiplayer formats.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or simulate human interaction in any game.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematic exploitation of price differences across markets in a manner inconsistent with recreational betting behaviour.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider while retaining winnings or bonus funds derived from the disputed deposit.
• Abuse of staff: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward any member of the cp44 support team via live chat or any other communication channel.

Where cp44 identifies suspected prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to freeze the relevant account pending investigation without prior notice. During a freeze, the player may not deposit, withdraw, or place bets. The investigation process will be conducted promptly, and the player will be notified of the outcome.

Voluntary closure. You may request the closure of your cp44 account at any time by contacting 24/7 live chat support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure. Account closure for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) takes effect immediately on request.

Involuntary suspension by cp44. cp44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player is found to be, or is reasonably suspected to be, under 18 years of age.
• The account shows signs of fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• A court order or instruction from a competent authority requires suspension.
• The player has filed a chargeback or payment dispute without legitimate grounds.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, the player will be notified by the email address registered on the account. cp44 will aim to complete any investigation within 30 days and will communicate the outcome and any next steps to the player.

Upon permanent closure of an account for breach of Terms, cp44 reserves the right to retain any balance held in the account as a set-off against losses or damages caused by the breach. Where closure is voluntary and no breach has occurred, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time.

Dormant accounts. Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no transaction) for 12 consecutive months and carry a positive balance will be classified as dormant. cp44 will make reasonable efforts to notify the registered email address before the dormancy classification is applied. Dormant account balances are not forfeited; they remain accessible upon re-activation of the account via live chat support. A dormancy administration fee may be applied monthly after the 12-month threshold, as disclosed in the account settings section of the platform.
